Drive revenue and increase customer lifetime value by offering product protection – Webinar Historically, product protection has been a tremendous undertaking for brands- from the time it takes to get licensing, to developing the front end, to building out a team to support warranties claims, these programs have been reserved for only the Best Buys and Apples of the world. While major corporations make massive revenue on warranties, it has left the modern eCommerce merchant at a competitive disadvantage. There’s a need for Shopify stores of all sizes to offer product protection contracts to stay competitive and increase profit on the products already being sold. Clyde is democratizing the product protection space so that eCommerce merchants can offer warranties- which drives additional revenue, increases D2C sales, and adds longevity to a merchant’s relationship with their end customer. Well dive into why product protection coverage is essential in scaling your Shopify store and share some examples of how business are using Clyde. Chloe is the Director of Agency Partnerships at Clyde, where she works with digital agencies of all sizes to help them drive revenue for their merchants and increase the agency’s longevity of relationships with those brands. After a stint as a reality television producer, she began working in eCommerce as an individual contributor within a startup sales organization. Several years into her sales career, Chloe was bitten by the partnerships bug. Since then, she has spent the last several years working on small partnerships teams experiencing rapid growth in the eCommerce sector, where she’s seen more than 100% growth year over year. When she’s not working, Chloe can be found traveling, brewing craft beer, or spending time with her English Bulldog. |
