We will focus on nurturing our heart chakra through breathing, tea ritual, and chanting. The session will feature Bija Seed Sounds played with Crystal Bowls to align our energy and soothe our nervous system. This day is also the Cazimi of Mercury in retrograde, making it a poignant time to reset our mindset, gain clarity about what we want in our lives, and make breakthroughs about things that have been unclear.
