He worked as a software developer for three years, but ultimately chose an unconventional career path following his passion for adventure and mountain climbing. Today he does motivational speeches, provides leadership consultations to corporations and leads expedition climbs around the world. He is considered one of the experts on the Himalayan mountain ranges. He will share his personal stories, his adventures and the learnings that can be translated from climbs to corporations. PanIIT Pacific NW Chapter is a group of the members of Indian Institute of Technology Alumni Association in Oregon. The Indian Institutes of Technology (I.I.Ts) were established by the Indian Government soon after independence.
