Over the past few years, we have seen an explosion of [acquisitions, investments, and corporate expansions](http://www.techoregon.org/news/123877/Words-from-Skip-Why-Oregon-is-Awesome-for-Tech.htm) in the Greater Portland Region. The arrival of new companies and entrepreneurs is continuing to make the region an attractive destination for tech professionals but demand for top talent continues to increase. As a region and as an industry, what can we do to improve our ability to recruit top talent and companies to the area?
