Having spent 30 years in design and being in a wheelchair since shortly after graduating high school 37 years ago, I’ve seen significant changes fueled by people's passion for their needs and goals.</p> <p>In my talk, I will emphasize the importance of diversity and activism and their influence on new technologies. I’m not your average designer; for the last 20 years, I’ve been at the forefront of emerging technologies in a research lab at Intel, working on innovative products and concepts that are still developing. My expertise spans interaction design, visual design, and user experience validation.
