Keep Portland Wired! A Tour of Portlandâs Tech Community
Roll back
| description |
A tour by [Know Your City](http://knowyourcity.org) in conjunction with [The Wild](http://www.thewildevent.org/portland/)
*Cost: $25 general/ $20 members*
Board the bus for a ride through Portlandâs technology industry, including some of the major institutions our city is known for, as well as some of our emerging start ups. Get a behind-the-scenes view of leading tech innovators, and meet some of the leaders who are shaping Portlandâs tech futureâ¦youâd be crazy to miss it!
Weâll start out at Portland Incubator Experiment, a start-up incubator for new, emerging tech businesses. Associated with and housed in the Widen+Kennedy building, the space canopies 8-10 start-ups at a time, helping with the early stages of creating business. Weâll hear about how theyâve created more than $1 million in venture capital and more than 400 jobs, and meet with several of the business owners.
At Second Story weâll get a look at their innovation center for new interactive experiences. Staff will share their work in pushing the boundaries of storytelling across digital channels â including web, mobile and installations. Weâll hear a bit about their history and some of the new groundbreaking projects currently in development.
Nike+ Accelerator will provide us with a similar but different view into the world of emerging start-ups. Started just months ago, 10 teams are working with mentors to develop a variety of businesses, many around health, wellness and technology. The program is run by TechStars, a Colorado-based company that has generated more than $275 million in venture capital for clients over the last six years.
The tour ends at Free Geek, a nonprofit whose mission is to recycle technology and provide access to computers, the Internet, education, and job skills in exchange for community service. Founded in 2000, the center refurbishes more than 44,000 computers, printers and monitors a year, while recycling 601 tons of materials. Weâll take a quick tour of their thrift store, as well as learn about their hardware grants program, classes and volunteer opportunities. |

Wearables: The future is now
Roll back
| description |
In early 2012, Nike introduced FuelBand and Google announced its Glass Project â two events that shined a spotlight on the growing category of Wearable Technology. In the months since, the global design and business community has exploded with speculation on the potential of embedded computing. But theyâve left many questions unanswered: How will wearable technology fit into our daily lives? Is it a passing trend, or the future of computing? Will these kinds of devices bring people closer together, or add to the distractions that battle for our attention?
Whatâs clear is that computers will radically transform over the next five years, from devices we carry to integrated parts of our outfits and bodies, that we use almost without thinking. Itâs a shift that will transform markets, and challenge our definition of beauty. Please join us for a talk with local experts, as they discuss their challenges and successes, and explore what the future holds in this exciting field.
To save your seat, please register for this event on Eventbrite

Mobile Portland: Intel's Android Tools and Community
Roll back
| description |
<p>Because Intel is a hardware company, people often miss the things Intel does on the software side and in particular open source software. Intel is one of the largest contributors to Linux. And it taking up a similar role when it comes to Android.</p>
<p>Not only have Intel worked with handset manufacturers to ship phones running on Intel metal and more recently beginning to manufacturer ARM chips as well, but they've been contributors to Android's open source software. They have a ton of tools that developers can use.</p>
<p>We're pleased and lucky to have Daniel Holmlund, an engineer working for Intel's Android developer relations, here in Portland to give us an overview of Android development and projects to which Intel contributes. They'll talk what developers need to be aware of when moving an application to an Intel Android devices, and the software tools that Intel creates to analyze and optimize Android applications.</p>
<p>In addition, Intel will be giving away t-shirts and you can <strong>enter a raffle to win a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3</strong>. You must be present to win.</p>
<p><i>Editor's note: one of the best tricks we've learned for Android development is to use the Intel emulators because they run faster on our Macs than the ARM-based emulators do. We've found it worthwhile to pay attention to what Intel is up to on Android.</i></p>
<h3>About <a href="http://twitter.com/Agnathan">Daniel Holmlund</a>

Daniel Holmlund has been a software developer for more than 14 years. During that time heâs worked on a variety of projects including p2p caching technologies, currency transaction servers and a software workflow for publishing e-books.</p>
<p>He joined Intelâs Developer Relations Division 3 years ago focusing on mobile software including HTML5 and Android. Before Intel, Daniel worked in France as a software developer at a non-profit focused on French and North African literacy.</p>

Mobile Portland: When Responsive Web Design Meets the Real World
Roll back
| description |
Why are so many responsive web designs crap?
Over 90% of responsive web sites are bloated. These sites may look good on mobile devices, but few people will ever see them because they take to long to load.
While the core tenets of responsive web design are easy to understand, doing it well is much more difficult. Slapping a few media queries on your existing site isn't enough.
The solution is mobile first responsive web design.
Mobile first and responsive web design aren't simply two great tastes that go great together. No they represent much more than that. Mobile first responsive web design is the responsible way to build responsive design. It is the best way to build something that is both responsive from a layout AND a performance perspective.
Image of Boston Globe Responsive Design
But if mobile first is the right way to do responsive design, then why are so few people doing it? In this session, we'll dig into why mobile first responsive design matters and the five techniques necessary to make it work.
If your company is exploring responsive design of even if you're already building responsive designs, you won't want to miss this talk.
About Jason Grigsby
Jason GrigsbyJason and his Cloud Four co-founder Lyza Gardner wrote Head First Mobile Web which teaches web developers how to take their web skills and transfer them to mobile. He was a signatory to the Future Friendly manifesto which addresses sensible approaches to device diversity.
Jason travel frequently giving talks and workshops helping individuals and organizations figure out how to best apply web technology to their multi-device efforts.
Jason is also the founder of Mobile Portland. He normally avoids speaking at Mobile Portland meetings for this reason, but we've twisted his arm this month. |

Mobile Portland: Hype, Hyperbole and the Hope of the Internet of Things
Roll back
| description |
The Internet of Things is a great tag open to a multitude of expansions.
Early Internet architects envisioned small numbers of nodes. The IPV4 address space is on the order of the population of the earth. Internet visionaries like Deborah Estrin and many others foresaw a use case for sensors and new things beyond toasters to connect to the Internet, resulting in IPV6 with 2**95, or about 30 octillion Internet-connected things per person.
Tonight's speaker, Surj Patel, is uniquely situated to give you a view of the Internet of Things. Patel studied at MIT's media lab and mediated discussions of Internet futures at Gigaom. Now he is CEO of an Internet of Things startup. Patel also created and helms the Portland Internet of Things meetup, destined to expand internationally.
Join us for an evening of networking and enlightenment. It is free.

Business Intelligence for Nonprofit Fundraising
Roll back
| description |
<p><span>Is your donor data managed by a handful of systems that perform well for data entry tasks but that are inadequate for deep analysis especially over the long term? Or are you adept at querying your donor and gift management systems, but is doing so a laborious and time consuming task? Do you have multiple versions of the truth, and do they all compete for the attention of fundraisers and decision makers?</span> <br></p>
<p>Do any of these scenarios sound familiar? Do you lack the ability to query and explore your fundraising data in an efficient, authoritative, and insightful manner?</p>
<p>Using the tools and techniques of business intelligence, you can gain actionable insight about your donors and make your fundraising efforts more effective. In this session, I will demonstrate how you can use the Microsoft SQL Server business intelligence platform to create a powerful reporting solution, explore your donor file in highly interactive ways, and discover new opportunities for fundraising.</p>

ChickTech Problem-Storming for Nonprofits
Roll back
| description |
<h2> NOTE: This is now a 1 day event. We hope you can join us. </h2>
<h2>Let's use our skills to make our community a better place for women and girls!</h2>
Are you a woman interested in brainstorming and creating solutions for a nonprofit? Well, we have the event for you! We're bringing in nonprofits who are focused on women and girls (or issues that women and girls encounter) who have something that they've been struggling with...and our goal is to have a viable solution for each of them by the end of the weekend!
<h3>Do I have the skills to attend?</h3>
<ul>
<li>Are you a women who is 15 years of age or older?</li>
<li>Are you a programmer?</li>
<li>Are you an interface designer?</li>
<li>Are you a manager?</li>
<li>Are you a teacher (either officially or not)?</li>
<li>Do you have experience with psychology?</li>
<li>Are you an artist?</li>
<li>Are you passionate about helping non-profits?</li>
</ul>
If you answered yes to any of those, then yes! You should. We are looking to have teams of women with diverse backgrounds. If you are under 15, let us know and we will see if we can work something out.
<h3>Why should I attend?</h3>
<ul>
<li>Altruism. Community-Mindedness. You'd like to help the local community with your skills. </li>
<li>Learn from your group members. You'll be on a diverse team of women. We are sure that you'll learn a lot from each other!</li>
<li>Learn about the non-profits. Portland has a great nonprofit community and this event will help you get in touch with some of them.</li>
<li>Help fundraise for ChickTech K-12 events. By paying for your participation, you are not only getting this experience (and food for days!), you are also helping to make our K-12 events free for participants. Thank you in advance for your support!</li>
<li>Childcare is provided.</li>
<li>Delicious food is provided. Eat up!</li>
</ul><h3>What are we doing, exactly?</h3>
You will be in a group of women working on a project for a local nonprofit. The projects are listed below under the Nonprofits section.
Each project will have a tech component, but we're looking to create a team with diverse skills to address the needs of the nonprofit.
Each group will have a ChickTech or Thetus volunteer to help out.
Each group will have a representative from the nonprofit to answer any questions.
At the end of the weekend, we want to have a viable solution for the non-profit.
<h3>Can men attend?</h3>
YES! We are looking for supportive techie guys to help provide childcare for the event in order to break yet another stereotype. We are hoping to have some fun, hands-on activities for the kids too, depending on ages and age ranges.
<h3>Can I attend for free? </h3>
YES! We are offering a sliding scale because we do not want cost to be a barrier for anyone to attend.
If you can afford any of the cost options, please help us out! This will help us cover the costs of this event. Any extra money goes to funding our K-12 programs to ensure that they remain free for participants.
<h3>Event Schedule</h3>
Friday: 6:30p - 9p, hors d'oeuvres, choose projects, meet teams!
Saturday: 9:30a - 5:30p, breakfast, work with teams, lunch, more work!
Sunday: 9:30a - 5:30p, breakfast, work, lunch, work, present (not the noun, the verb)!
<h3>Help us by spreading the word! </h3>

<h3>Nonprofits and Projects</h3>
Below are the nonprofits who are involved with this event. If you have one of any of the skills listed on any of the projects, consider attending this event to help out our nonprofit community.
<h4>My Sister's House</h4>
My Sister's House is a home for women with children who have suffered domestic violence/and or abuse and need a safe environment to create new lives.
Problem: Need complete website and branding overhaul! http://mysistershouse.net/
Skills needed (including but not limited to): website design, website development, user experience, branding, artists
<h4>Oregon Tradeswomen</h4>
Oregon Tradeswomen, Inc. (OTI) is dedicated to promoting success for women in the trades through education, leadership and mentorship.
Problem: Need help with communications throughout the organization! Especially around email, calendars, etc.
Skills needed (including but not limited to): experience with nonprofits, organizational skills, management, software/website development
<h4>Girl Scouts</h4>
Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington serves members throughout Oregon, and Clark and Skamania Counties in Washington; they currently serve 24,000 girl and adult members.
Problem: Need help creating a training strategy that works for the adult volunteers in the organization, especially with regards to online and blended methods.
Skills needed (including but not limited to): education, pyschology, web service development, training experience, evaluation experience, web design
<h4>Betties360</h4>
Betties360's mission is to inspire confidence, well-being, and community in girls through action sports, outdoor adventure, and life-skill education.
Problem: Need help with publicity and fundraising...in general getting the word out to more people! Possibly a creative marketing campaign?
Skills needed (including but not limited to): nonprofit fundraising, marketing, social media experience, branding experience, designers, artists
<h4>Snowdrift.coop</h4>
Snowdrift.coop is an in-progress web platform aiming to provide on-going community engagement and fundraising for all manner of creative projects (software, music/art, research, educational resources, and more) where results are released freely with no proprietary restrictions on access, modification, or sharing.
Problem: We need help introducing the Snowdrift.coop system to creative projects and to patrons; maybe an infographic or a game?
Skills needed (including but not limited to): nonprofit fundraising, marketing, designer, game development, user experience designer
<h4>Lilka, Inc</h4>
[Note: Lilka is not a nonprofit, but their mission is to help nonprofits work together better, which we think is worth supporting! Plus, it's a women-founded tech startup, which is awesome.]
Lilka, Inc is creating a project coordination tool for nonprofit organizations to help them coordinate both internal projects and projects between nonprofits who want to work together.
Problem: We're at the stage where we're fleshing out our ideas, and we would love some help integrating the functionality of Asana and Google Docs/Drive as a first step. This tool will be used to coordinate NPOs in both everyday situations and emergencies where cooperation between NPOs will save lives.
Skills needed (including but not limited to): Front end web design, user interface design, business, project management, back-end programming, nonprofit experience, graphic design
If you know of other nonprofits who would like to participate email us at [email protected]. If you would like to get more information on volunteering for this event, also email us at [email protected].
ChickTech's fiscal sponsor is TechStart, a registered 501(c)(3).

World Information Architecture Day 2013 Event PDX

| description |

Ideal for:Â Anyone interested in technology, creative tech, business of tech, industry pros, students and everyone in between.Â

Our speaker lineup is amazing!
10am:Â Jeanne Turner-Walmart LabsÂ
Cultivating Good Will in the Digital World
When we have to wait 20 minutes for service after being seated at a restaurant, or when a grocery store is disorganized and the clerk is distracted and unhelpful, then we know that something is wrong with the situation. In the physical world, lack of information and poor interactions are obvious. In the physical world, we know how to make improvements that increase customer satisfaction. How can we translate this understanding to the digital world? What do we need to understand about human nature to improve digital experiences? In this talk, Jeanne Turner will discuss concepts and techniques that allow us to cultivate good will in the digital world.
11am: Patricia Colley-Interactionflow
Civilizing Information Architecture: A meditation on systems design
What is the scope of information architecture practice? To design optimal architectural structures, we know we must empathize with its inhabitants, and apply deep expertise in organization, language and flow. But we've learned, this alone will not ensure a design's success. As we dive deeply into the churning sea of design and technology trends, tools and methods, we often forget how we orient to design practice, and its increasingly complex problems, as thoughtful human beings. Will our apps, widgets and gadgets come to serve us, or will we lose ourselves in a wilderness of unmitigated digital distractions and breakdowns? To civilize our digital future, we are compelled to take a systems view of design practice. We are compelled to shift our perspectives and spark grander dialogues. This session will examine the origins and evolution of the IA role, the current and emerging climate in which our products reside, and put forth a few principles and methods to help answer the call to broaden our vision and expand our influence in a changing world.

Networks as a User Interface
The mathematics of graph theory and its many applications via network science in sociology, bioinformatics, intelligence, and even physics, represent a paradigm shift in how we study and consider information. Over the last 30 years, machines have allowed us to structure data in such a way that allow us to analyze the complex interactions between the individual actors in networks. These interactions turn out to reveal patterns that are both predictable and obedient to mathematical laws- many in the academic community are just beginning to grasp the power an the importance of these claims. The ability to visualize networks allowing the researcher/user/customer to quickly understand the structure and behavior of a network is the main focus of this talk.

Meeting the Challenges of Innovating on Top of Existing Platforms
Information architecture is the keystone of every digital experience. It's where consumer needs and desires often collide with a brand's hopes and dreams. The danger for companies as they grow is figuring out how to integrate new features into their customer's existing experience. Using real world examples and personal anecdotes, Matthew and Noah will discuss how they navigate the challenge of innovating on top of existing platforms using a consumer-centric approach. You'll gain perspective on where to look for inspiration and insight, how to prioritize features into something that is meaningful and authentic, and how not to lose your mind in the process.
2p: Joel Barker and Michael Sulis-Wordlions and Summit Energy Tech, respectively
Capture, Tagging and Release of Institutional Knowledge: Delivering Information in the Real World
When creating a system to deliver institutional information outside of the organization, the success of the project rests on understanding the requirements and work process of all stakeholders. In this case study, Summit Energy Tech and Word Lions collaborated to collect, organize, and make available the mission critical institutional knowledge that was the foundation of our clientâs relationship with their customers. This presentation will cover not only our solution, but the points where understanding the client capacity makes the difference between implementation and project failure.
3p:Â Alison Stump-The Social Wall
Visualizing Insight: Getting Started in Information Architecture
Information Architecture has only recently been given the respect it deserves by those outside the realm of User Experience. Often the designs we build are so elegant they appear simple. The average person on the street knows that a menu bar probably goes at the top of the page. In most cases its "common sense". It is positioned on the top of the page because an Information Architect thought about all the options, considered the usability and user research data and delivered a product that just works. That is what information Architecture is. So how do you do it? We will discuss a basic schema, various tools and resources to help you get started as well as key terms and phrases that will allow you to escalate your career.
4p:Â Dedrick Sprick-OHSU

10am: Jeanne Turner-Walmart Labs

Agile Open Northwest 2010
Roll back
| description |
Announcing Agile Open Northwest 2010! This Agile Open Space event will be
held February 9th and 10th, 2010, in the Seattle Center Northwest Rooms.
Please see http://www.agileopennorthwest.org for registration information
and further details.
We invite you to our fourth annual Agile Open Northwest conference.
Alternating each year between Portland and Seattle, AONW conferences bring
together practicing members of the Northwest Agile communities to explore
the latest developments in agile software development. We held our third
annual event last year in Portland and enjoyed another great success.
Registration is $125.00 for both days, including light breakfast and lunch.
This low-cost regional conference is a great opportunity to connect with the
local agile community, experts and novices alike.
Please join us this year as we host 125 experienced, collaborative,
committed agile practitioners from the Northwest U.S. (and beyond) in
tackling the issues around our recurring theme "Agile for Real." As in past
years, attendance is limited to a predetermined number in order retain the
many advantages a small conference has to offer.
Here is a comment from a previous attendee:
"These two-day Agile Open Northwest conferences are an extremely good value.
..[Y]ou learn directly from practitioners in the agile community what works
and what doesn't. I attended the first two of these conferences, they were
stunningly good... loads of practical, useful stuff and stimulating
discussions." -- Ian Savage, PNSQC Program Chair
More information can be found at http://www.agileopennorthwest.org. Registration is open now. We look forward to seeing you there. |

PSU-TAO Cleanweb Hack (updated)
Roll back
| description |
If you haven't already signed up for the Hack tomorrow at PSU, we hope some details included here will entice you. To prepare our participants for a fun and productive day, below are details and resources for the Hack.
Goals: To generate ideas are innovative to solving environmental and sustainability, social equity issues through utilization of software and mobile apps. Donât forget to have some fun.
Idea Generation: To start, you should ask the following questions:
1) What issues you and your team would like to tackle? (ie. carbon emissions reduction by buildings or vehicles, solar potential identifier, change of personal habits, e-waste tracking, etc.)
2) What do other similar applications exist on the market? Sometimes, building on existing apps can resolve a more refined product.
3) What is the marketability? Is it scalable?
The best project ideas are one that you are passionate about, and have some components of competition and linkage to social media.
Finding Data:
While you are brainstorming ideas, you should also consider data availability as well. It is not the end of the world if you donât have data sets or APIs to mock up a prototype. Simply build your own datasets, even if just a few that are enough for you to test out your product.
See the Cleanweb Hack resource guide for APIs, data sets, sample projects and project ideas. (http://tinyurl.com/m7a744e)
Judging Criteria:
At the end of day, your prototype will be scored on these criteria:
1) Impact on resource and sustainability issues
2) Design and usability of prototype
3) Feasibility and marketability
4) Good use of datasets and APIs
Prizes: 1st Place - $500, 2nd Place - $250
Bragging right is priceless.
Our judges are looking forward to your innovations!
Winston Saunders, Director of Data Center Security Initiatives at Intel
Chris Harder, Division Manager at the Portland Development Commission (PDC)
Skip Newberry, President at the Technology Association of Oregon (TAO)
Questions? Ask us on Twitter (@cleanwebPDX), Facebook or via email [email protected]

IEEE Oregon - RAS Design and Philosophy Highly Dynamic Robot Locomotion
Roll back
| description |
The members of the Dynamic Robotics Laboratory explore, design, and build robotic systems that move swiftly and can easily handle impacts and kinetic energy transfer. Examples include walking and running robots, force-controlled actuators for delicate tasks such as bomb defusing, lower- and upper-extremity powered prosthetic limbs, exoskeletons for military use or assisted mobility for disabled persons, or catching a ball in the air. Many of these tasks are difficult or impossible for traditional robots due to fundamental limitations of the hardware, such as motor inertia and torque limits. The dynamics of the mechanical system are an inseparable aspect of the behavior of a robot, and can be either a limitation or an asset; thus, our approach integrates the design of the hardware dynamics with the design of the active software controller. Novel actuator designs and mechanisms combined with complementary software controllers can lead to robots that are as dexterous and agile as humans.
Speaker(s): Dr. Jonathan Hurst,
Agenda:

6:30 Pizza
7:00 Talk begins

CHIFOO Presents: Finding the Awesome in Education feat. Karen Mahon
Roll back
| description |
There are hundreds of thousands of apps available in the app store and the numbers are ever increasing. A reasonable percentage of these apps focus on education. But there are few apps that quantify their effectiveness or value for the students who use them or the teachers and parents who purchase them.
How can behavioral science, instructional design, gaming and UX/UI design assist in this effort, not only to build products that are effective and fun, but to define these metrics and educate consumers about how to identify them? What makes an app AWESOME and how can we quantify that? Not only in terms of fun, but in terms of teaching kids meaningful stuff! This talk will explore these questions, using example apps to illustrate the relevant features.
This event is sponsored by Clarity Innovations, which is paying for non-members to attend for free. Seating is limited, so you should register in advance to be sure you have a seat!

PRSA/SEMpdx Present âConnectedâ Film Screening
Roll back
| description |
Have you ever faked a restroom trip to check your email? Slept with your laptop? Or become so overwhelmed that you just unplugged from it all? In this funny, eye-opening, and inspiring film, Director Tiffany Shlain takes audiences on an exhilarating rollercoaster ride to discover what it means to be connected in the 21st century. From founding The Webby Awards to being a passionate advocate for The National Day of Unplugging, Shlainâs love/hate relationship with technology serves as the springboard for a thrilling exploration of modern lifeâ¦and our interconnected future. Equal parts documentary and memoir, the film unfolds during a year in which technology and science literally become a matter of life and death for the director. As Shlainâs father battles brain cancer and she confronts a high-risk pregnancy, her very understanding of connection is challenged. Using a brilliant mix of animation, archival footage, and home movies, Shlain reveals the surprising ties that link us not only to the people we love but also to the world at large. A personal film with universal relevance, Connected explores how, after centuries of declaring our independence, it may be time for us to declare our interdependence instead. |

This event will offer insight into how to define technical debt and tackle it realistically. A Q&A session will follow the panelists’ briefs. Attendees are encouraged to bring questions and share their experiences. This event will offer something for all organizational levels and roles.
Panelists include:
James Shore, Agile Consultant & Coach
Todd Whitaker, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, TripWire
Mark Menger, Manager Application Delivery Systems, PGE
Becky James, Sr. Director of Software Development, WebMD
Mark Campillo, Sr. Director Software Engineering, NWEA
Chris Woerner, VP Product Management, ADP

Transition (AKA Change) Management - DAMA PDX (Data Management User Group)
Roll back
| description |
The DAMA Portland Chapter is dedicated to delivering thought provoking presentations that will make you more successful in your job. In June we take an exciting step away from the hard science topics to explore how to be more effective.
How many times have you delivered solutions that were never adopted or fell short in acceptance? If youâve been around IT and projects long enough, you will know this truth - that success depends on the adoption of new systems, applications etc. by people. The skills that enable delivery are not the same skills that promote acceptance and use. While project management tends to focus on delivery of something, Transition Management (TM) focuses on the people part of solutions. At places like Nike, transition management is taken very seriously and all major projects have a Transition Manager assigned:
- Transition Management is a structured approach, and set of tools, to transition individuals, teams, and organizations from a current start to a desired future state
- A leadership competency for enabling change within organization
- A strategic capability designed to increase change capacity and responsiveness
No matter the project or change size, Transition Management should be always a consideration. Ignore TM at your own risk.
Transition management is more than just a learning plan. Done correctly, TM is a whole lot more. Nike's Transition Methodology is an evolution of the Bridge's Change Management Model.

From Idea to Funding: Launching Your Project on Crowd Supply
Roll back
| description |
Been toying with crowdfunding your latest project? This class provides an in-depth introduction to crowdfunding and will arm you with everything you need to know to launch your campaign on Crowd Supply, Portland's own crowdfunding platform. Come prepared with a project or two and we'll help you determine if crowdfunding makes sense for you and, if so, how to put together the campaign.
By the end of the second meeting, we hope several participants will be up and running with their own campaigns, though the class is also appropriate for anyone just looking to learn more. In addition to crowdfunding fundamentals, the class will also cover Crowd Supply in particular and how it compares to Kickstarter.
Cost: $20
This is a two session class that meets from 6:30-9:30 PM on the following Tuesdays: July 30th and August 6th |
