Junior Tech Talent + Startup Hiring Event WeWork - Custom House This is a FREE event. This is not your typical job fair. No booths, no resumes, just personal connections with like-minded people. Each company has one-minute to pitch to job seekers (who you are and what you're hiring for) Each candidate has one-minute to pitch to companies (who you are, what you're excited to bring to the table, what you're hoping to get out of your next role, why companies should hire you) We will have a lineup of vetted talent consisting of junior developers and college students with technical and non-technical backgrounds. Candidates are seeking internships/apprenticeships, project-based work and entry-level positions. Companies consist of startups and emerging and high-growth tech companies. The format for this event was designed with a few things in mind: minimized risk, cost, and time for the founder; pre-vetted, talented folks who were prepared and ready to pitch to companies; a safe, fun environment for job seekers to learn about the startup community and learn what it takes to be a sought after employee. |
