We take cards.</li> <li>Nametags and pronoun stickers will be available at check-in.</li> <li>Donut.js logo stickers and enamel pins also available at check-in.</li> <li>All talks are live-captioned by Mirabai Knight of Steno Knight.</li> <li>Two all-gender, stall-only restrooms are available.</li> <li>Event is on the second floor. Elevator is available at building entrance.</li> <li>3.5′-wide physical access lanes will be taped on the floor throughout the venue.</li> <li>Our talks are recorded with a video camera that will be positioned in the back of the room. The camera may capture the back of some attendees’ heads, but will be focused on the speaker and their slides. We will turn off the camera in between talks, but we cannot guarantee that all attendees’ faces will always be completely obscured. We do not provide photography consent stickers or lanyards at this time.</li> <li>We'll have donuts! Our venue is Alchemy Code Lab, at 30 NW 10th Ave. It’s a red brick building on the east side of the street. It’s across the street from Powell’s Bookstore. Alchemy Code Lab is on the second floor. There are ‘Alchemy Code Lab’ signs on the door, and we’ll have a big blue Donut.js sign out front too.
