Our speaker for the January 2016 Meetup will be Garin Gardiner, Fusion 360 Product Manager, from Autodesk. Garin's work on Fusion 360 for HoloLens was recently featured in the video Partner Spotlight with Microsoft. Garin will share his insights into building software for HoloLens.

Please eat dinner before attending. There will be no food service at the meetup.

GUI System Demo and workshop.

Last meetup we covered the new GUI features found in Unity.

This meetup we will be conducting a workshop on how to actually use the UI and mock a few things up. I will have a basic mockup which you can use or bring your own.

Please bring a computer with Unity and/or an image editing program to jam with us! Artists and Coders and folks still learning are all welcome!

This is the monthly meetup for Unity in Portland. Check back at this description later, for an update on the topic of the meetup.

There will be a special Unity giveaway at the end of this meetup to everyone who attends.

The Global Game Jam is coming up very rapidly. This meetup, we will be sharing experiences with previous game jams, on what works and what can be a potential pitfalls.

We'll talk about Unity's involvement in this jam and share details and have time for teams to potentially form.

As always the floor will be open to show and tell. Come show the community what you are working on!
