Still, the barriers for people with disabilities when it comes to hiring, workplace disclosure and accommodations — and thriving within the often-neurotypical cultures of the tech industry — create a challenging landscape to navigate upward growth and mobility.</p> <p>Join PDXWIT and host Momentive for a panel discussion moderated and led by people living with disabilities in Portland as they provide education, share their experiences, and make recommendations for how tech can become more accessible.</p> <p>Moderator: Katie Jahangiri (she/her) - Development Director</p> <p>Panelists: Catherine Cambridge (she/her) - Manager of Legal Operations Miki Demeter (she/her) - Security Researcher Mark Espina (he/him) - Jr Database Developer</p> <p>We will have ASL interpretation and live closed captioning throughout.</p> <p>Our events are inclusive.
