Did you know? According to Nielsen, the most popular New Year’s resolution of 2015 was “stay fit and healthy.”
We want to help you with that! In January, we’re switching things up a little and we hope you will join us for a special Women Who Code fitness event, Women Who Strength Train. The purpose of this workout session is to introduce classic strength training in a simple and easy-to-adapt format.
We will be hosted by Joshua Sabraw, a Portland-based strength coach and founder of Form & Function.
We will have a group warm-up, a workout, some healthy snacks (post-workout fuel), and optional evaluations.
Come dressed for a workout!

9:30 - 10:00 - Check In
10:00 - 11:00 - Strength Training Session
11:00 - 11:30 - Q&A, Evaluations (optional)
Who Should Attend?
Anyone who has curiosity about strength training, burning fat, building muscle and feeling great. As long as you agree to our Code of Conduct.
