 u will join us for a special Women Who Code fitness event\, Women Who St
 rength Train. The purpose of this workout session is to introduce classi
 c strength training in a simple and easy-to-adapt format. We will be hos
 ted by Joshua Sabraw\, a Portland-based strength coach and founder of Fo
 rm &amp\; Function.  We will have a group warm-up\, a workout\, some hea
 lthy snacks (post-workout fuel)\, and optional evaluations.  Come dresse
