How COVID has reshaped the workplace – Considerations for a hybrid or fully remote workforce

COVID has certainly impacted our lives in many, many ways. After positive experiences from working at home, a number of people are now looking to continue in a hybrid or remote work environment. As an employer, what are the legal implications that you need to consider in these new environments? How do you maintain your culture and sense of camaraderie? As an entrepreneur, what services/products can you offer companies to support their efforts as they struggle with these challenges?

Join us on Wednesday, December 1st to hear from three speakers who are dealing with these changes in the workplace, and learn what they are doing. You will hear from: • A labor and employment lawyer discussing the legal implications of a hybrid or remote workforce. • A Chief Experience Officer who will share culture/team building best practices and how they've changed when teams are remote and/or hybrid. • A CEO of a local, small tech company that has gone totally remote. She’ll talk about how they made that decision, and what they've done to maintain team cohesiveness.

From this Lunch & Learn, you will gain insights, tools and creative ideas on how to thrive in a hybrid or remote work environment.
