This Thursday Sen. Jeff Merkley kicks off Google's Oregon Get Your Business Online (GYBO) event, a free and fast way for local businesses to get online. Since the program began in 2012, 1700 Oregon businesses have taken advantage of the Google events to launch a website and grow their businesses online. Local businesses are encouraged to RSVP for the seminar that kicks off at 9:00 a.m. at Urban Studio in Portland’s Pearl District by visiting gybo.com/Oregon. Participants will leave with a new website additional resources -- all before the event event wraps at noon and at zero cost to each attendee.
