Enter through the Engineering Building. The room is downstairs, follow the signs. If the outside door is locked and there isn't anyone to let you in, look for the sign and a cell number to text.

Description
Fedora has been experimenting with immutable, OSTree-based versions (https://fedoraproject.org/atomic-desktops) as a new paradigm for the Linux desktop, focused more on containers and Flatpaks instead of traditional package management. What does any of this jargon mean, and how did they replace the package manager? I'll explain what this is all about, from the underlying technology up to how I use this for taking the headaches out of managing my developer workstation.
