We firmly believe that If we want innovative results, we need diverse tech leaders who aren’t afraid to think and lead differently. We are bringing a fresh and diverse perspective on how successful women in tech approach their careers.</p> <p>Our presenters will bring their secrets, tools, and tips that have been effective to develop their career in tech. We will hear how they guide their efforts to be productive at the technical workplace, and what makes them successful at what they do. The panelists are looking forward to sharing with WIIT and LatinX communities about their amazing journey. Our purpose is to strengthen the Portland women in tech community by offering educational programs, partnerships, mentorships, resources and opportunities. We are unifying a supportive environment for current and potential women in tech, all of whom are committed to helping each other. Our goal is to bring together and empower women in tech and to encourage others to pursue tech careers. This is our step towards reducing the gender imbalance in the industry and addressing the current negative effects of that imbalance on women.</p> <p>Our events are inclusive.
