Have you ever thought you shouldn't be the one to have to deal with it because you're not the one being sexist? If so, you're not alone.</p> <p>The good news is there are solutions. In this presentation learn: -- What sexual harassment is and how to identify it in your environment. -- How to respond as an ally when you see bullying or abuse in your work environment. -- The three key things you can do to create not just a safe, but a healthy workplace culture for yourself, no matter what.</p> <p>Agenda: 5:30 pm - Webinar open / networking 6:00 pm - Introductions 6:15 pm - Presentation and Q&A 7:00 pm - Networking 7:30 pm - Event Ends</p> <p>Purpose: PDXWIT is a community-based non-profit organization. Our purpose is to strengthen the Portland women in tech community by offering educational programs, partnerships, mentorships, resources and opportunities. We are unifying a supportive environment for current and potential women in tech, all of whom are committed to helping each other. Our goal is to bring together and empower women in tech and to encourage others to pursue tech careers. This is our step towards reducing the gender imbalance in the industry and addressing the current negative effects of that imbalance on women.</p> <p>Our events are inclusive.
