They will explain what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for in both technical and non-technical positions. Additionally, we'll discuss hard skills and the lesser known "soft skills" that a lot of folks in general have a hard time understanding.</p> <p>Moderator, Lieghti Sharp, will be asking questions about how POCs can put their best foot forward and land that tech job.
