Weeks 1 & 2 introduce the fundamentals of the Javascript language and its data structures. Week 3 & 4 focus on integrating Javascript with the browser's Document Object Model (DOM), to control every element of a web page and write simple browser-based applications. Students should plan on attending all three classes, unless they are already familiar with the fundamentals of Javascript.
