Oregon continues to build on its reputation as the state with the highest “Food IQ” in the nation – and a growing sector of foodpreneurs are feeding the demand. The July OEN Pubtalk™ will make you hungry with a panel of experts who are on the forefront of the food startup movement and know what it takes to build a successful food business. Panelists include Lisa Herlinger from Ruby Jewel and Sarah Pool from Pacific Northwest Kale Chips. Laura Barton, Trade Development Manager for the Oregon Department of Agriculture, will moderate this mouth-watering discussion.
