Mapping a startup's initial legal needs can help create predictability around expenses, clarify questions of prioritization of expenses, and improve allocation of resources.</p> <p> Gina Atwood, a business attorney with the Immix Law Group, will outline the common legal needs of startups – corporate formation and governance, contracts, IP and Securities. The presentation will provide education on some of the core legal issues faced by startup, and offer suggestions for how to improve the predictability of legal expenses.
