We're on the 11th floor, come on up. Non-members park bikes outside the building. Paid car parking is connected to the building, and a SmartPark is two blocks away near Target. Located on SW 10th and Washington, between Target and Powell's, on the big block of food carts. We're on the Streetcar line, a block from the Red and Blue MAX lines, and a 5-minute walk from the Green, Yellow, Orange lines.

Featured talks: Gina Altamura - Wild Combination Redux Gina Altamura talks about the recent collaboration with Research Club and other goings-on at Holocene.

Joe Burgess - Animation and Mega Fauna CUT PAPER ANIMATION - I stand around with scissors and Exacto knives trimming little pictures of rocks and making silhouette Characters. I spend an enormous amount of time battling it out with my collaborating Artist Erik Valentin. It is all creative and in good spirit. We sing songs we move little transparent fish.

Noah Manger - Rebooting Democracy: Politics, Creativity and Getting It Done I'm the Creative Projects Director for the Bus Project. The Bus Project builds power for the public interest by getting new and young people engaged in our local democracy.

As the Creative Projects Director I'm responsible for making politics cultural and culture political. I work with our volunteers to design massive events and am responsible for the visual creative content we generate as an organization. Our events are designed to bring an ever-wider audience of people who give a shit closer to democracy by giving them tools, opportunities and know-how in a fun, accessible package.

Information for the good of the order: The deluxe accommodations at Collective Agency allow us to offer you actual dishes, although we may bring cabbage bowls for the sake of maudlin sentimentality. Bringing your own dishes is still approved/appreciated, and if you help to clean up afterward, well!
