About ZH Brewing Company The founders at ZH Brewing Company have a simple concept: foster a community built around a brewery restaurant. Both the beers and the restaurant have their roots in German brewing and culinary traditions. ZH Brewing Company customers will enjoy the same feeling of belonging in the family-friendly restaurant as they would in the traditional houses of Germany. The restaurant will offer a very fresh and handmade menu, with foods procured from local suppliers. Our goal with the brewery is to make the best German-style beers on the West Coast; the best Gluten-Free beer in the US; quaffable, session-style American beers that still interest the beer connoisseurs; avant-garde beers or recreations of extinct World beer styles to put our beers in an historical context.
