At its core, BPM is a management discipline. While the vendor landscape is dominated by fancy methodologies and flashy technologies, it's the people inside an organization which really make or break process management. This discussion will introduce the set of specialized process roles found on the Org Charts of companies most successful in implementing and sustaining BPM.
