Improving processes and practices is tricky at best. Experience has shown that the desired benefits of improvement initiatives are not seen or rarely last. Improvement initiatives are regarded by developers and QA as the fad de jour.</p> <p>It doesn’t need to be that way.</p> <p>The Ethnographic Futures Research (EFR) methodology eliminates the reasons improvement initiatives fail.
