Prior to this role, he worked in the private sector in a variety of product management and marketing roles for software and telecommunications companies. He has a Bachelors of Arts in history and political science and a Masters in public policy from Georgetown University. </p> <p>The presentation presents a framework to aid government decision makers in the publication of various data sets.
