Customer value is often interpreted by marketing, designed by engineering, delivered by operations through a series of hand-offs and not through a consistent process. Existing approaches lead to missing the mark on delivering real value and result in declining business. The Oregon Chapter of the Product Development and Management Association (PDMA) invites you to its May Learning and Networking Event.
