Using screencasting and recognizing screencasting opportunities Speaker: Richard J. "Rich" Wersinger, MS President, Chief Screencasting Officer RJW Consulting, LLC Rich will introduce screencast videos, and show how to create, edit, and produce them. Using Techsmith Camtasia Studio 7, he'll give practical demonstrations of screen capturing, editing, producing, and using screencasts. Rich will discuss screencasting best practices including the importance of excellent quality audio. Rich will also cover creating videos using Jing and uploading videos to YouTube and Screencast.com Bio: Richard J. "Rich" Wersinger, MS Rich founded RJW Consulting in 1998 and RJW Consulting, LLC in July 2010, in Southwest Washington near Portland, Oregon and Vancouver, Washington. He has been screencasting professionally for over two and half years. Rich makes online demo videos for companies with great products and services. He helps companies grow their businesses by attracting Web site traffic with professional software how-to, demo, and informational screencast videos. He uses Techsmith Camtasia to record their web-based systems and produce videos that can be embedded on their Web site, posted on YouTube, and other video sharing venues. He is a member of the Software Association of Oregon, American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) and the local ASTD Cascadia Chapter.
