Lunch is provided.</p> <p>Topic this month: Tackling your Strategic Planning in 2015 with SharePoint for Project Management</p> <p>We will be showing how to take a strategic plan and turn it into a Strategic Portal, developing a Project Intake, then using Agile Methodology to create User Stories and supporting metadata leading to a Task Backlog. Then taking those items and turning them into real tasks that can be worked as Sprints. Our goal is to show you how SharePoint can be an effective Project tool without needing to buy an expensive tool, and get the job done right.
