Description
PORTLAND Wednesday 21 March, 7-10pm
The City of Roses has just under 600,000 inhabitants and a quite high concentration of coworking spaces compared to cities around the same size. Half of these spaces are networked coworking facilities, proving that the market is right and people are embracing the movement. Meet, share, and learn from the established spaces and other members of the coworking community when Joel Dullroy, co-founder of Deskmag & Deskwanted, brings the Coworking Space Ship to Portland.
Mini-Conference Program
7-8pm – Joel Dullroy, co-founder of Deskmag & Deskwanted, will present a detailed analysis of the 2nd Global Coworking Survey, 4 new trends seen in coworking worldwide, and a report from the Global Coworking Unconference GCUC in Austin (Anyone who was in Austin is welcome to add insight).
8-9pm – We invite everyone involved in the collaborative workspace movement in Portland to bring ideas to the table for this ‘Unconference’ style portion of the night. Building community, finding common goals and discovering how to share experience till be at the heart of this discussion
9-10pm – Mix, mingle, and have a drink on us.
