They also use it to incentivize employees and contractors. However, few entrepreneurs map out a comprehensive plan to manage their capitalization table through multiple rounds of capital or to maximize the efficiency of equity incentives. This workshop will help entrepreneurs understand how to create a capitalization plan that will serve the company today, as well as through potentially dilutive transactions in the future. It will be presented in an interactive case-study format and will be limited to ten participants.</p> <p>SPEAKER Doug Morris, Ater Wynne</p> <p>Doug Morris' practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, securities, and general corporate representation of private and publicly held high technology and high-growth companies.</p> <p>Doug’s experience includes working with buyers and sellers to build and document mergers and acquisitions, and working with investors and companies to negotiate and close successful equity financings.
