We will have a panel of professionals from industry-leading companies with considerable experience in multicultural settings (i.e. in different countries, with people from different ethnic groups and sexual orientations, etc.). Through a thought-provoking conversation and questions from our audience, the panelists will share their experiences and insights about multicultural awareness and how to use diversity to maximize the performance of teams.

Since our program was created inside Google in 2007, the Search Inside Yourself program has been experienced by tens of thousands of people around the world.
It kicks off with an in-person and interactive 2-day session during which participants learn the scientific basis of mindfulness and how to enhance focus, increase resilience and develop greater self-awareness. The program is followed by a 4-week remote component with practices to sustain and integrate learning and growth from the inside out.
