The third day is an exclusive patient experience healthcare intensive with Peter Jones, author of Design for Care.

Delight is a two-day conference in Portland, Oregon for brands and professionals who care about making experiences people love. The event features a unique lineup of inspiring case studies, workshops and keynote presentations, as well as peer networking with fellow experience design, digital, marketing, and business leaders.
The conference gathers leaders and practitioners from a wide range of organizations including startups, healthcare, agencies, B2B and Fortune 1,000 enterprises – All with the goal of creating business value and delighting customers by differentiating on experience.
This year's event features speakers from Disney, MailChimp, Zipcar, Intuit, Mayo Clinic, and more. Full conference tickets include full or half-day workshops on digital experience strategy, healthcare, content strategy or design-thinking for startups, followed by the main stage event on day 2. Attendees of the main event will enjoy breakfast and lunch as well as several delightful surprises throughout the day, and a wine reception at the end of the day.

Delight 2013 is joining forces with Design Week Portland this year, connecting attendees and speakers with dozens of additional events, studio tours, and parties happening all week in Portland. Happening October 7-12, the week celebrates Portland as a city of design and for design in exploring process, craft and practice across disciplines. The culmination of events and creative professionals in Portland make it an extra special time to attend Delight and visit the lovely Rose City.

THE AWARDS PROGRAM This premier event celebrates excellence and achievement in the region’s technology industry and honors one outstanding Technology Executive of the Year. In addition, five individual industry segment and product awards will be presented during the evening, recognizing recipients for their accomplishments, leadership and commitment to the community and industry. The Technology Executive of the Year will be announced in early February, 2010. Three finalists in the individual award categories will be announced prior to the event.
