Deborah Bryant will be leading a discussion about the relationship between government and open source software: benefits, challenges, and what you can do. We'll also have plenty of time for you to hang out and talk to each other on this topic or anything else. This is a monthly meeting of POSSE (Portland Open Source Software Entrepreneurs) that is open for anyone to attend. POSSE is dedicated to helping businesses in the Portland area and beyond reduce costs, mitigate risk, and make software choice easy by utilizing open source software. POSSE members meet once a month to network with other open source software entrepreneurs, engineers and enthusiasts.
