<b>Clark County Pubtalk Double-Pitch & Hot Mic Night - June 22, 2011 </b>
Join us for Juneâs exciting high-energy Pubtalk event to hear two new hi-tech companies make their pitch and get a chance to speak in our new âhot micâ session! A simple draw will determine which 5 people will have 90 seconds to make their pitch on the night!
For the main double-pitch session we have two new companies offering hi-tech solutions for the 3D scanning sector and for the geo-thermal industry. <b>GLOBAL INSPECTION SOLUTIONS (GIS)</b> founded in 2009 by three engineers, believe there had to be an easier way to get real parts into digital 3D. They established a process that offers exceptional 3D scanning and they also have the ability to use 3D comparisons to quickly identify manufacturing defects that help determine not only what is wrong with a part, but why. Also presenting in June is <b>HELIDYNE</b> founded in 2008 to develop an innovative geothermal prime mover. The goal was to replace a turbine typically used in small (< 5 MW) modular units with an efficient, robust, and cost effective total-flow expander. Helidyne technology offers the ability to process brine directly as it emerges from the geothermal well. Find out more below and register soon as availability is limited!
