Students will learn how to:
* Maintain and use a burndown chart
* Manage Product Backlogs
* Plan Releases and Iterations (Sprints)
* Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews & Retrospective meetings
* Track and Report progress
* Effectively apply the principles of the Agile Manifesto
This is an introductory course. Participants should come prepared with basic knowledge of the Scrum framework. Proactive students are encouraged to read the Agile Manifesto & Principles (www. agilemanifesto.org and www.agilemanifesto.org/principles.html), and one of the following:
* Agile Software Development with Scrum, by Ken Schwaber and Mike Beedle
