Join Celine Redfield from Two Wings Balanced Healing and Inner Growth Therapy for a celebration of Lughnasadh, the Celtic celebrations of the First Fruits of the harvest of the Summer Season. Also, we celebrate a Leo Season. This season calls us into our power, inviting us to embrace ourselves and be creative and passionate in our pursuits. We will be doing breath work, then a hypnotic meditation that will call in Leo energy and help us practice gratitude and expansion, followed by a full hour of cleansing, clearing, and healing sound. Then we will have time for integration, journaling, and sharing any experiences.
