There are only a handful of musical artists who can claim to be true legends in their chosen field. The Beatles, Michael Jackson and The Rolling Stones are members of that select few, but there is one name that still stands out among the rest - Elvis Presley. The King of Rock 'n' Roll's Elvis Presley In Concert tour returns to the UK and Ireland in 2010, stopping at Sheffield, Birmingham, Manchester, London, Belfast, Dublin, Newcastle, Glasgow and Liverpool. The show brings together a selection of The King's former band mates, including musical director and conductor Joe Guercio and members of the original TCB band, along with a full orchestra, live on stage, with Elvis providing the vocals via a state-of-the-art video projection of classic footage from the 1968 television special, the Aloha from Hawaii special, and concert films Elvis: That's the Way It Is and Elvis on Tour. Expect to see all the hits, including Blue Suede Shoes, Can't Help Falling in Love and Are You Lonesome Tonight? in what promises to be a spectacular tribute to the man himself.
