The 4K4Community Fun Run is a 4 km (2.49 mi) running and walking event that raises funds for local nonprofits and is unique in that 100% of your registration fee is tax-deductible! The 2024 beneficiaries are: POIC + Rosemary Anderson High School, Birch Community Services, Forest Park Conservancy, and Path Home.
This year, the run starts and ends downtown at World Trade Center Portland. At the finish line, participants will celebrate with free drinks and snacks and visit nonprofit booths to learn about the work being done to better our community. Participants who register by September 9 will also receive a commemorative event t-shirt.
Whether you’re running the distance, walking with a group, or cheering at the finish line, come together with your community to get active and give back.

The 2024 4K4Community takes place at World Trade Center Portland: 121 SW Salmon St, Portland, OR 97204, offered generously by PGE.
The running/walking course will take participants north along the waterfront, crossing the Steel Bridge before heading south along the Eastbank Esplanade, finally returning over the Hawthorne Bridge. |
