In this workshop we will practice design challenges similar to those one might encounter either on the job or during the interview process for a UX, Product or Service Design position. We will approach the challenge with a mindset on innovation before honing on on what aligns with our user experience and business goals.
Using a combination of pre-work, rapid-research and team activities, we will aim to steer away from "safe innovation" and run-of-the-mill solutions to dive deeper into what is possible and what might most delight our users, customer and clients.
