<p>Our community of practice wants to explore the evolution of Agile.</p> <p>We acknowledge that the manifesto and principles were developed to address the unique needs for software engineering and development. Over the years we have seen Agile frameworks, both formal and informal, emerge and be embraced by different people and organizations. These frameworks are now being leveraged outside of software development. We see some of these tools being applied across many different industries and disciplines.</p> <p>I believe we all share a view that iterative and incremental value delivery is a powerful tool.
