Learn how to program LEDs with Python, to light up your life with code and creativity * Lessons Learned During Advent of Code 2018 by Chris Freeman Advent of Code is an Advent calendar of small programming puzzles. All AoC puzzles have a solution "that complete in at most 15 seconds on ten-year-old hardware". In this talk, Chris will cover strategies and lessons learning during the 2018 AoC to reach this goal using Python. About our speakers: Nina Zakharenko is a Cloud Developer Advocate at Microsoft, focusing on Python. Before joining Microsoft, she was a Senior Software Engineer with over a decade of experience writing software for companies like Reddit, Meetup, and HBO. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and tinkering with wearable electronics from her home base in Portland, OR. Chris is a freelance computer engineer and software developer.
