In this one-hour seminar by Kirsten Leute of Osage Partners, learn how to approach potential investors, secure VC
financing and appoint a CEO for your new company. Participants will also learn who is
investing in academic partnerships, what technology sectors are more likely to receive
funding and when to seek funding from non-dilutive sources.
Join OHSU's Technology Transfer and Business Development in understanding
the current venture capital landscape. Light hors d’oeuvres
and refreshments will be served. A one-hour networking
session will be held following the lecture.
Kirsten Leute is senior vice president of university relations for Osage Partners.
Previously, she was an associate director for Standford Univerity’s office of Technology Licensing.
She has over two decades of experience handling biotechnology and high technology
inventions as well as software, trademark and copyright licensing. |
