Learn the emotional intelligence skills that lead to sustained peak performance, strong collaboration and effective leadership. Develop those elusive and critical soft skills necessary for entrepreneurs.
Since our program was created inside Google in 2007, the Search Inside Yourself program has been experienced by tens of thousands of people around the world.
It kicks off with an in-person and interactive 2-day session during which participants learn the scientific basis of mindfulness and how to enhance focus, increase resilience and develop greater self-awareness. The program is followed by a 4-week remote component with practices to sustain and integrate learning and growth from the inside out.
