description nil This June, Portland State University’s own Todd Ferry will share how creating socially-conscious mobile spaces can address community concerns, from education to homes, to opera-on-wheels. Todd Ferry is a Research Associate and Faculty Fellow at the Center for Public Interest Design within PSU’s School of Architecture. Todd has been active in progressive design-build projects in Portland’s neighborhoods and around the world. Todd’s current focus in on developing new models of engagement for fully including all members of a community in the design process. Taking place at Hand-Eye Supply the morning of June 9th, this Design Museum Mornings will address what modular design can do to sustainably benefit the community. Complete with breakfast and coffee, this second monthly installation is not to be missed!
