It can be a struggle to find useful metrics for evaluating the efficiency of agile teams.
Traditional metrics can give an incomplete or misleading view of how well a team is actually delivering.
Story points can also be misleading, as it's easy to inflate story sizes to game the metric.
So what's a worthwhile metric to use for judging how well a team is doing, and most importantly,
how well the team is improving? What have you found that works well?
