Nike Consumer Digital Tech is hosting tech talks for the PDX tech community on Feb. 11th. We're bringing two great speakers to the Nike campus and there will be time to network and enjoy snacks and drinks.
We're pleased to be hosting Kelsey Hightower, Staff Developer Advocate at Google, to explore Kubernetes, the open source orchestration system for Docker containers, and explore the key terms, concepts, and vocabulary introduced by the project. The remainder of the talk will focus on the technical details of Kubernetes and bring the concepts to life through a collection of live demos that walk attendees through deploying a real world application using Kubernetes.
