#Animation and the Future of UX

Since the widespread adoption of CSS animations and transitions, animation has started creeping back into web design. Loading screens and “flashy” intros are back, as well as subtle UI interactions that invisibly plus the user’s experience. Learn the six applications of motion in interface designs, how you can apply them in your own projects, and when to start planning for motion in your process.
*Rachel Nabors is a web animation expert, award-winning cartoonist and interaction developer, and invited expert at the W3C. She has worked on interactive projects with companies from Adobe to Mozilla. She travels the world, speaking and training, and helping teams put animation to work in their design systems and documentation.
