The Portland Startup Weekend team will be hosting Startup Weekend Latino (SWLatino), a first-ever special-edition Startup Weekend focused on the Latino Community will be happening June 26-28 here in Portland. SWLatino is taking the traditional Portland Startup Weekend to the next level by promoting a more diverse entrepreneurial ecosystem to help strengthen their opportunities for the creation of startups with diverse founding teams.
Startup Weekend Latino It's the same solid entrepreneurial event to help people kick start business ideas in 54 hours. However, we're offering comprehensive accessibility during the weekend to ensure that people with Limited English Proficiency have an opportunity to participate side by side with fellow developers, marketers and designers. Anyone and any idea is welcome. |
