It seems simple enough; find the words your customers understand and they’ll buy what you’re selling. This workshop covers the process of identifying who your customers are, determining what they need to hear in order to take a particular action, and what your resulting message should be.
In keeping with the spirit of other <a href="http://www.secretknowledge.org"> Secret Knowledge </a> workshops, attendees are encouraged to bring their real-life marketing challenges to this workshop. We’ll use the principles covered to come up with simple, but effective, ways to work through your marketing challenges.
